CRITICISM OF GOVERNMENT.
WAGES AND UNEMPLOYMENT. RESOLUTIONS AT WAIHI. [BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN COB-RESPONDENT.] WAIHI, Monday. Vigorous criticism of the Government's administration of tho country, with particular reference to unemployment and wages and pensions deductions, was expressed by Messrs. P. Fraser and J. W. Munro, Labour M.P.'s, at a woll-attended public meeting last evening. A resolution was carried condemning the action of tho Government in pursuing a policy ot' general deflation of wages and reduction of pensions and for its administration of the Unemployment Act. Tho mooting also pledged support to the Labour Party campaign and called upon the Government to resign.
