COMMITTEE DISSATISFIED. PROPOSAL TO DISBAND. [BY TEI.EGRAI'H. —THESS ASSOCIATION.] CURISTCHUHCII, Monday. Notice of motion was given by Mr. \Y. W. Scarff at; a meeting of the Citizens' Unemployment Relief Committee todav that the committee should disband from May 2, The chairman said members should he given time to consider the question, and discussion was postponed. The notice of motion follows a sharp divergence of opinion between tho Unemployment Board and the committee concerning the abandoned 40-hour week scheme, which it was 'proposed to apply at the Waimakariri camps.
