SLANDER ALLEGED.

PLAINTIFF NONSUITED. The case in which 11. J. Terry, dietitian, of Auckland, proceeded against two brothers, John Brown and David Brown, of Onehunga, for alleged slander and £6O damages was concluded in the Onehunga Magistrate's Court yesterday, when an application for a non-suit by counsel for plaintiff was granted.
