CLERGYMAN TAKES ACTION. STADIUM OFFICIALS SUED. (Received April 15, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON", April 14. .After associating himself with public protests against Sunday boxing contests the P>ev. J. S. Perkins, of the Zion Congregational Church, Hulme, as a common informer, has issued a writ against William Milward, manager of the Manchester Stadium, and Councillor L. B. Cox, master of ceremonies, in connection with recent bouts on Sundays. Mr. 1 erkins is claiming £IOOO from Milward and £SOO from Cox. Th c action will be defended.
