Pandit Madan Mohan, president-elect of the Indian National Congress, in an interview to-day declared that so far as the Congress was concerned preparations would Vie continued for the Delhi conference which the Government has prohibited. A movement is afoot for counterdemonstrations. Hundreds of Moslems, including many traders, are forming an association to combat the boycott activities of the Congress which arc seriously interfering with their trade.
