Vincent last, evening:—The intense depression on the western Tasuian Sea is moving gradually on to New Zealand. Expect temporarily fair to line weather, with increasing cloudiness, and rain following shortly in northern arms. Easterly to north-easterly winds, moderate to strong, freshening. Hough seas oil the east coast. Local outlook: Cloudy and unsettled with rain following. Warmer temperatures. 'I he ( Jovermnent meteor ihigist reported last, evening as follows:—-An intense anticyclone still covers New Zealand. An area of depression near Tasmania is losing its intensity. Indications are. for south to east winds, light to moderate. Seas: A considerable easterly swell north of Ilawke's Bay, otherwise smooth to moderate. In the eastern Tasuian Sea, moderate east to north winds and smooth to moderate seas. The weather will he line in most, places, with cool night but mild day temperatures. There will be a fewshowers, however, on tho east coast between Hawke's Bay and Cape Maria, van Dieincn. YESTERDAY'S WEATHER.
