HUGE MOTOR-CAR.
FRENCHMAN'S EFFORT. CONFIDENT OF SPEED RECORD. PARIS, March 27. A Frenchman named Stapp has built a * hu-e motor-car resembling a locomotived with three engines each of 1800 horse-power, with which he says he is confident of eclipsing Sir Malcolm Campbell's record., The machine, theoretically, is capable of attaining a speed of from 312 to 375 miles an hour.
