BAPTIST BIBLE CLASSES.
CAMP AT LONG BAY. About 120 members of the Auckland Baptist Young Men's Bible classes attended an Easter camp at Long Bay. An Easter service was held on Friday, the speaker being the Rev. R. L. Fursdon. Swimming sports were held on Saturday morning in ideal weather. In the evening a concert was given by the campers before an audience which filled the marquee. On Sunday morning a communion service was led by the Rev. T. H. Ecec.rsaII. This was followed by the morning service, when the Rev. 11. Ivnowles Kempton preached. A special missionary service was held in tho afternoon, Mr. H. G Massam, lato of Papua, New Guinea, being the speaker. The final Sunday service was held in the evening. This was a special young men's meeting, the speaker being Mr. E. M. Blaiklock. Yesterday the wet conditions prevented several camp arrangements being carried out. The camp officials were the Rev. J. Hiddlestone, camp captain; and Mr. T. M. Wilson, camp committee chairman.
