DOZEN SWEEPSTAKE CHANCES. Twelve chances in the Calcutta Sweepstake and flie Stock Exchange Dorby Mutual Subscription Fund \ter e disposed of by the will of the Rev. John Broughton Maiil, of Earl's Court, London, Mr. Maul's estate lia ß been sworn ft £5882, with net personalty £3585. A codicil to his will reads: — " Whereas I am entitled to six Calcutta Swecpstako numbers and to six Stock Exchange Derby Mutual Subscription Fund Tickets, now I bequeath the said numbers and ticket's to Daphne L. Johnson, she holding One share each for three persons lo be allotted by drawing in the usual way by her before the race." Mr. Maul, who was ordained in the Church of England, worked in Queensland from 1890 to 1894. On his return to Eu r ;iand he officiated in the diocese of Gloucester and London, but did not hold any living in England.
