CYCLING.

MANUKAU AMATEUR CLUB. Two races were decided by the Manukau Amateur Cycling Club at the Auckland Domain grass track Inst evening. An invitation scratch race wag included in which the two Canterbury riders. T. O'Brien and S. Campbell, competed. The scratch event resulted :—II. It. Dwight, 1; 11. V. Gordon, 2; T. O'Brien, 3; F. J. Casey, 4. Won by it length. Time, 2m 31 ]-ss. The B grade handicap resulted as follows:—N. B. Casey, scr, 1; J. G. Morris, 60yds, 2; S. G. Webster, scr, 3; P. 11. Bicknell, SOyds, 4. Won easily by three lengths. Time, 2m 30 1-S«.
