Aurkland.—There was a. continuation o fine -weather yesterday, but. the sky was dull and cloudy, the wind being ligj 1 and variable. The barometer was steady at 50.10 during the evening. Wellington.—Fine -weather continue yesterday, -when the bright, sunshine was tempered by a light southerly breeze. Christchurch. —The -weather was du and cold, with a strong breeze from th« north-east. The maximum temperatnr# was 56 degrees. The barometer registered 30.21 in. in the evening, but *** falling. , Dunedin. —The weather was cloud) an fine, with a fresh breeze from the north east. The barometer had fallen to in the evening.
