Favoured by good weather, the Whflnearci Bowling Club held a most suecessful full-rink tournament yesterday, concluding at 10 o'clock last night by electric light. Twelve rinka competed, and the wining rink was P. Everett. A. M. Rust, D. McLeod and F. Coburn, the run-ners-up being M. McCullum, F. Johnson. A. Burns and 0. S. Haiah. PUBLIC SERVICE ASSOCIATION. A well-attended annual meeting of tho Auckland Public Service Bowling Association was presided over by Mr. G. H. Plumruer. president, of the Education Department. The annual report showed that in spile of ruling conditions two successful tournaments, rinks and pairs, had been held during the year. The balance-sheet showed a good financial position. Tho election of officers resulted as follows; President, Mr. A. H. Blackburn (Railway Department) ; vice-president. Senior-Sergeant Rowell '(Police Department): lion, treasurer. Mr. R.
