THE QUEEN'S JEWELLERY.
I have seen some comments on the quantity of " new " jewellery which the Queen has been wearing lately, but, as a matter of fact, the gems are veiy old, writes an authority. Her Majesty recently went through her wonderful collection and had much of it reset according to modern ideas. It has probably been forgotten that she inherited a quantity of beautiful jewellery from Queen Victoria, and it. is this that has been receiving her attention.
