MANCHURIA BANDITS.

ATTACK ON A TRAIN. DRIVEN OFF BY JAPANESE. (Received March 11, 12.25 a.m.) 'J'OKIO, March 10. Three hundred bandits attempted this morning to hold up a train on which Count L chid a, General Honjo and other officials were returning from the inaugural ceremony at Changchun. Japanese guards arrived on the scene opportunely and drove off the bandits.
