THREE CHILDREN SHOT. FATHER FOUND DYING. (Received February 28, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 21. A shocking domestic tragedy occurred at Highgate, North London. While Mrs. Chatenet and her children's governess were at a theatre two of the lormer's daughters and a son, the eldest of whom was only 10, were shot dead ill their beds at their home.

The mother, on returning, was alarmed at finding the nursery locked. Some friends burst, in the door and found the children dead. The father, Emile Chatenet, a theatrical costumier, was dying from a wound in the head.
