MR. LLOYD GEORGE.
SEAT IN PARLIAMENT. BAN NOW REMOVED. LONDON, Feb. 24. Mr. Justice McCardie, in the King's Bench Division, granted relief to Mr. Lloyd George, who was debarred from attending the House of Commons because of an inadvertent irregularity by his election agent. His counsel explained that the election agent made a return of election expenses, but Mr. George, owing to his ill-health, omitted to make a personal declaration.
