SPANISH DIVORCE BILL.

PARTIES' EQUAL RIGHTS. DISSOLUTION FACILITIES. (Received February 25, 5.5 p.m.) MADRID, Feb. 24. The Chamber to-day approved the first Divorce Bill Spain has ever had. It establishes the principle of marriage based on equal rights and affirms that it can be dissolved by mutual consent or by the request of either party, if just cause be shown. Fathers must maintain children born in or out of wedlock and there is to he no distinction between legitimate and illegitimate children.
