SIR T. UPTON'S ESTATE. TOTAL VALUE OF £556,000. LONDON', Feb. 21. Sir Thomas Lipton, the well-known merchant and yachtsman, left a sum of £556,000, on which death duties amount to £225,000. He left £IOO,OOO, less sums given during his lifetime (estimated nt £20,000), for the benefit of working-class mothers and children in Glasgow.
