ICE-CHEST ON FIRE.
INCIDENT AT CABARET.
An ice-chest caught alight at a cabaret in Karangahape Road yesterday afternoon. The ice-chest was one of the mechanical types and the fire was caused through thd ignition of inflammable liquid in the machine. The alarm was answered by the City Brigade, but the fire was suppressed by means of a chemical extinguisher. The interior of the icc-chest was damaged.
