CASE AT TAKANI NI. SMALL FINE IMPOSED. " The county by-laws make it culpable, to live in a, building which was not erected as a dwelling," said the inspector for the Manukau County Council, William W. Murray, in proceeding against Thomas Smith in the Papakura Police Court yesterday for living 111 a garage in Graham's Road, Takatiini. A fine of 10s and costs, 10s, was imposed.
