DARTMOOR MUTINY.
PRISONERS TO EE TRIED.

It has been disclosed that two mutinous prisoners working in the laundry at Dartmoor gaol savagely attacked and injured a third loyal prisoner in the recefit disturbance. The Daily Telegraph says an Assize Court will be constituted, a Judge of the High Court will preside, a jury will be empanelled and 50 prisoners will be charged collectively with riotous conduct.' Each prisoner will be served with a copy of the evidence about the recent mutiny and will have the option of being represented by counsel. The paper savs the prisoners may be chained together in a 6teel dock. Certainly such a trial is unprecedented in England.
