TENNIS AT HOME.
THE DEVONPORT CLUB. A large gathering of tennis players from all city and suburban clubs attended the annual At Home held by the Devonport Tennis Club yesterday afternoon. Competitions wore keenly contested and some excellent tennis was witnessed. Tea was served in the pavilion by the ladies of the club, the tables being attractively decorated with bowls of rose-shaded zinnias and asters. The president of the club, Mr. T. Macky, presented the prizes won during the afternoon to Mrs. Taylor and Mrs. Wilson (A grade) and Miss Stokes and Miss Dorltng (B grade).
