LABOURER IMPRISONED. A Maori labourer, Te Haurangi, aged 60, was sentenced fr> imprisonment for six months when ho appeared before Mr. F. K. Hunt, S.M., in the Police Court yesterday charged with stealing two watches and a. chain, valued at £l6, the property pf James Smith, at, Newmarket. The accused pleaded guilty. Detective-Sergeant T. Kelly stated that Te Haurangi was in Court for the 76th time. ITo had been declared an habitual criminal.
