HANDLING OF PROPERTIES. FUNCTION OF TRUST BOARD. [By TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, Wednesday. All Salvation Army property in New Zealand will in future be handled by the newly-formed Trust Board, comprising .Commissioner Cunningham, Colonel Taylor, chief secretary, Lieutenant-Colonel Burton, field secretary, LieutenantColonel Hamilton, financial secretary, Brigadier Scotney, property secretary. One of the results of the formation of the new board will be obviating the transfer at, very considerable expense of army properties from the name of one general to another.
