At the Olympic winter games at Lake Placid the final unofficial points scored are:—United Slates, 103; Norway, 77; Canada, 49; Sweden, 26; I inland, 25; Austria, 15; Germany, 12; France, 10; Switzerland, 9; Hungary, 7; Rumania, 4; Poland, 3; Italy, 3; Belgium, 1; Czechoslovakia, 1. Britain and Japan failed to score. The points arc worked out on a basis of 10 for first, 5 for second, and 4, 3, 2 and 1 for the remainder of the six finishers in each championship event.
