UNIVERSITY BOAT RACE.
OXFORD.AND CAMBRIDGE. THE CREWS IN TRAINING. Oxford University's prospective crew for the boat race, which has gone into residence, will be under the charge of Colonel J. H. Lascelles, who was head prefect of Christ's College, has had considerable experience on the tideway with the London Rowing Club. Ho is reported to be a strong candidate for the No, 2 position. The crew will remain at Oxford until the end of this month, and will then go to Henlev, probably for only a short period, finishing with a fortnight on the tideway for its final preparations (or the rare, which will be rowed on Saturday, March i 9.
