CYCLINC DANGERS.

Sir,—One cannot help noticing that ! n nine.out of ten motor-cycle accidents the rider receives serious head injuries, l ? many of which prove fatal. I think it is quite time that a law was passed making it compulsory for all cyclists to wear helmets for protection. _ ,1 am sure every parent who has a son riding one of these dangerous machines Will agree with me that something must be done about this matter. Anxious.
