SLOWING DOWN.
WHAT LIFE TEACHES. You must slow down sometimes. We aro living in a world of great rush and hurry to-day, when nerves get worn down and irritated, when bodies get tired and minds get jaded. Many of us try to cram into a day what should take a week and then wonder why we feel so depressed and lackadaisical. Even holidays are strenuous nowadays—rush and bustle, hurry and strain. What is it all for? What- is the good of life if you are always working for somo goal and have no time to look about you at tho beauties of the world as you pass ? Most of us work in order to live —but aro wo getting enough return for all our work if it brings norviness and weariness and irritability ? Don't rush too much. Take time to enjoy life as you go. That goal at which you aro aiming may never materialise, but why not enjoy the journey toward it ?
