A CAUSE OF WRINKLES.

Sleeping on ono side more than the other, or burying the face in a soft pillow, is not good, as it causes wrinkles. Sudden changes of temperature, for instance, going out into the cold immediately on leaving a hot room, and sitting too near the fire so that the skin dries, are other causes of wrinkles. A bright glare on the eyes, a smarting wind on the face, or reading in a bad light will make one screw up the face and produce wrinkles. In cold or windy weather it is advisable to rub a good face cream into the fade before going out.
