A mirth effervescent dispensed by the chemists of joy, Wheeler and Woolsey, in " Caught Plastered "—Strand Tuesday next. The annual harvest festival of St. Andrew's Church, Epsom, will he observed to-morrow. There will be special services and all gifts of fruit and produce will afterwards be distributed among the poor and needy of the city.
