Miss A. Wilson, who has been a, member of the Paengaroa Women's Institute and has also acted as librarian for it, was presented with a cake dish hv the members at their last meeting. The presentation was made by Mrs. Black, the mstilute's president. Mrs. R. 0- MacDougall was hostess at her residence Ohinepanea, at a delightful gift evening for Miss A. Wilson. drawing-room was decorated with bowls of delphiniums and Iceland poppies. Mrs. MacDougall received the guests wearing a frock of shell pink shot taffeta, and the gnest of the evening wore a green figured niarocain frock. Others present, were Mesdames Mends, jun., T. Ball, R. McKonzie. D. MacDougall, Misses J- Wilson, Joan Wilson. S. Ball, E. Shepherd, J. Musker, B. Buckley. >
