Exercises for the contour of the chin line and the throat are far too often neglected by the modern woman in her Bearch for beauty. One splendid exercise is done by placing the fingers of both hands so that they meet in the nape oi the neck. The fingers should be placed firmly on the neck giving it resistance, and then the head should be moved forward and backward so that the chin drops as low as possible towards the chest in one movement and as far backwards as possible against the resisting fingers in the other.
