PRINCELY VISITOR.
Once again the Maharajah of Bikanir is occupying the whole of the first floor at tho Carlton, and he and his suite are regularly to be seen in the restaurant, says a Londoner, for the, six-foot. Maharajah, who will again play a. prominent part in the Round Table Conference, entertains a party of a dozen or so each evening. He is extremely handsome and is a splendid dancer; in hjs perfect, Londonmado clothes and .with his Oxford accent he scorns, except for his complexion, very like a Guards colonel.
