In the fruit section supplies of Island tomatoes are practically finished, but there are ample stocks of other lines. Gooseberries are selling at 6d a lb, compared v.-ith 8d a lb. last week. WESTPORT COAL. DIVIDEND MAINTAINED. [BY TELEGRAPH. —PRESS ASSOCIATION.] DUNEDIN, Thursday. The directors of the Westporb Coal Company, Limited, recommend payment, of a final dividend for the year ended September 50 of 3d a. share and also a bonus of Is a share from the insurance fund, making a total distribution of Is 9d a share for the year. The total distribution is at the same rate as for 1930. but on that, occasion only 6d a share was paid out of the insurance account, and Is 3d a share from profits. The dividend is at the rate of 8-J per cent., to which it was reduced in 1930 from 10 per cent, in 1929 and per cent in 1928.
