FEWER UNEMPLOYED.

POSITION IN BRITAIN. USUALLY WORST TIME OF YEAR. (Received November 11. 7.5 p.m.) British Wireless. RUGBY, Nov. 10. There are 114.000 fewer unemployed on tbe registers of the Labour Exchanges in Britain than there were five weeks ago. These figures have added importance, as has been pointed out by the I'riine Minister, Mr. MaeDonald, owing to the fact that this decrease in unemployment occurs at a. time when normally the volume of unemployment is on the increase. Compared with the corresponding five weeks of last year the country is 215,000 to the good.

The Ministry of Labour publishes figures this evening which show a further decline in the numbers of unemployed of more than 15,000.
