ELECTIONS OF MEMBERS. MANY VACANCIES NOT FILLED. [FROM OtTR OWN CORRESPONDENT. ] HAMILTON, Sunday. The following candidates for seats on drainage boards have been returned unopposed:— Mangawara. Northern subdivision: Messrs. E. Speedy, A. A. Civil and G. Farmer. No valid nominations, were received for the stmthern subdivision. Woodlands. Gordonton subdivision: Messrs. Joseph W. Chapman, John W. Chapman and W. J. Bridgman. Motumaoho 9 subdivision: Messrs. R. Belsev, J. Milton and G. Were. Eureka. Newstead subdivision* Messrs. T. Thompson and R. 0. Duncan, No valid nominations were received for the Eureka and Tauwhare subdivisions. Te Rapa.—Central subdivision: Messrs. W. A. Paterson and J. Harwood. Rotorkauri subdivision: Mr. J. S. Elliott. No valid nominations were received for the Horotiu, Nawton and Whatawhata subdivisions.
