TRUST ACCOUNT MATTER. AUDIT NOT CARRIED OUT. [BY TELEGRAPH. —rRESS ASSOCIATION.] IXVERCARGILL, Wednesday. A fine of £75 was inflicted upon Peter Gilfedder, solicitor, of Invercargill, in the local Magistrate's Court to-day, for failing to have his trust account audited.
