THE SONOMA. The Matson Line steamer Sonoma arrived at Sydney from Auckland at 4.30 o'clock yesterday afternoon. Tlie vessel is scheduled to leave Sydney on October 6 and Auckland on October 10 on her return voyage to San Francisco. TARANAKI REPORTS. The Shaw. Savill and Albion motor-ship Taranaki has reported by wireless that she will arrive at Lyttelton from London on Saturday morning. The vessel ha 3 a general merchandise cargo for discharge at Lyutelton. Port Chalmers, Bluff and Nelson. THE NEWTON ELM. The steamer Newton Elm is due from Nauru Island nt daybreak to-day and will berth at Kink's Wharf. KANNA FOR WALPOLE ISLAND. The Kanna, en route from Greymouth. was to leave Westport at midnight last ni;ht for Napier and to unload her coal cargo. Central Wharf the departure of the vessel for Southampton and London has been postponed until fire o'clock this evening. Passengers are to embark at. 3 p.m. THE TONGARIRO. Now discharging and loading at Dunpdin. the New Zealand Shipping Company's steamer Tonga riro is expected to sail to-day for Oamflru, Bluff. Timi.r'i. Lyttelton and Wellington to complete loading. She is scheduled to clear Wellington for London, Avonmouth, Liverpool and Glasgow on October 21. RANOITIKI DUE 10 P.M. The New Zealand Shipping Company's motor-liner R.angit.iki, which has been delayed by stormy weather, ia now exnec+ed to reach Auckland from London and Southampton at 10 o'clock to-night. After medical inspection the vessel will berth at Queen's Wharf to-morrow morning to land passenger and mail for New Zealand and cargo for Auckland. THE TAMAROA. The Shaw. Savill and Albion Company has ieceived advice that the liner Tamaroa "cleared Balboa last Friday afternoon in continuation of her voyage from London and Southampton to Wellington. _ The vessel has passengers and mail for New Zealand and cargo for discharge at Wellington and Auckland.
