The mine manager of King Solomon Deep* Lead, Limited (Gore), reports that the wash-ap for the week totalled 260z. 6dwt. OPERATIONS IN THE SOUTH. Okarito (South secretary reports that the wash-ap for the week ended September 19 yieldecf 40oz. for 125 hours' dredging. > Golden Point (Central Otago)jCrushing is proceeding steadily and for last week 50oz. of amalgam were taken from the plates. The two faces being mined are now 4ft. and 6ft.
