HOCKEY.
DEVONPORT SHIELD FINAL. The final match of the Auckland Hockey Association's Devonport Shield competition will be played at 3.5 p.m. to-morrow at the Western Springs Stadium ground. between Somerville and University, which gained equal points in the aeries of games. Finals or semi-finals will be played in of the lower grades, and many interesting matches should take place. A special fixture for the day will be a seven-B-eide tournament to be conducted by the Auckland district Methodist Young Men's Bible Class Union at Remuera from 1.50 to 3.5 p.m. Ladies' Association games will also be played.
