KING'S OLD BOYS' CLUB.
OFFICERS FOR ENSUING YEAR. A decision to enter three teams in the Auckland Cricket Association's competitions was made at a meeting of the King' 3 College Old Boy 3* Cricket Club yesterday. It was hoped that the first team will be elevated to senior grade this season.
The election of officers resulted:—Patror.. Rev. H. K. Archdall, headmaster of King's College; president, Mr. K. if. Wilson: club captain, Mr. J. W. Palmer; selection committee, club captain and team captains; management committee, Messrs. Wilson. G. T. Jackson, T. H. C. Caughey, J. F, Murray, J. B. Simpson. Palmer and C. T. Keegan; delegates to the Auckland Association, Messrs. G. A. Eddowes and Murray; secretary, Mr. Keegan; treasurer, Mr. Jackson. MOUNT ROSKILL CLUB. Considering the heavy cost of new gear which was required in the club's first season in existence, the balance-sheet presented at the annual meeting of tlio Mount iioskill Cricket Club showed that very satisfactory progress had been made from a financial point of view. A credit balance of £4 lGs 2d was shown on the year's working. The report stated that the club had an active membership of 211. Two teams had been entered in the Suburban Association's competition*. the second grade team being in the running for the championship right up to the last match of the season. Ten new members were elected, and it is anticipated that at least three teams will be entered next season. A trophy awarded to the mostimproved player in the third grade team was won by P. Gibson. Two silver cups were presented to the club for competition among members. The following officers were elected:— Patroness, Mrs. E. Hayr; president, Mr. E. F. Jones; vice-presidents, same as last j'ear with additions; hon. secretary, Mr. A. Donald: hon. treasurer, Mr. R. Barber; committee, Messrs. C. Anderson, R. Barber, F. Dally. A. Donald and G. C. Ross; selection committee. Messrs. Barber. Dally, Moseley, McGhie, Ward; delegate to the Suburban Cricket Association. Mr. A. Donald; lion, auditor, Mr. J. Y. Warren.
