OLD WORLD CHARM.

This new whim is exceedingly attractive and most decorative. A wellknown Australian recently found in her grandmother's work-basket, a small piece of black cloth with a garland of small bright-coloured flowers in felt applique. It is now in a plain black frame upon the wall, and it looks exceedingly charming indeed.
