FEATHER FLOWERS.

Little nosegays and necklaces of feather flowers, tinted delicately to harmonise with an ensemble, are now made to wear with summer' frocks and evening gowns, and even narrow belts of pastel-tinted flowers are worn with fine silks and chiffons in the evening. One of the loveliest pairs of evening shoes recently seen was made with a toecap and quarter of microscojjic oystergrey feathers, with soft straps of crepe de chine crossing upon the instep finished off with an opalescent buckle.
