EX-KING INDICTED.
COMMISSION IN SPAIN. ACTS BEFORE REPUBLIC. (Received September 4, 8.25 p.m.) MADRID, Sept. 3. A Parliamentary Commission has recommended that the Chamber should take proceedings in default against ex-King Alfonso, on the charge of committing unconstitutional acts before the Republic was formed, and it also recommends the immediate confiscation of all Royal property.
