SIR CHARLES ORR'S HEALTH. (Becoivcn September 4, 7.5 p.m.) British Wireless. RUGBY, Sept. 3. The Colonial , Office announces the retirement, for reasons of health, of Sir Charles Orr, Governor of the Bahamas, with effect from December 7.
