Further petitions from traders asking that all trading coupon*, gifts and scheme! of that nature, with the exception of tli« usual cash discounts, be prohibited, wert presented to the House of Represents tives this evening.. In all, there were sit petitions containing thti names of 82 retail firms in Wellington, presented by Messtfc 11. A. Wright and P. Fraser.
