'1 j • 'The great search which was continued yesterday for the Temaiining seven members of the Auckland party still lost on ' Ruapehu resulted in the finding of six of them. Only one, Mr. Warwick Stanton, who had been separated from his companions, remains to be located,, - Mr. Harold Addis was found at 9 o'clock in the Makatote /' .Valley about three miles fronk the Makatote Viaduct. Later Misa Fitzie Morris and Mr. John Graham were discovered further north at the base of Mount Hil.uhungatahi and soon afterwards '■* Misses Julia Rennie and Esme Brocket* and Mr. Gordon Harris were found in the same locality. Considering their privations their condition was reported t:» be good and they have shown remarkable powers of endurance. They were all safely housed - ip the Chateau last night after being in the open for four days and three nights. \ Air the search parties will now concentrate on the task ■i of finding Mr. Stanton who was reported to be in the vicinity f o 'f t Ke Makatote Valley on Mon day. The searchers have camped at various points for the night;; and will continue their quest at dawn.
