THEFT FROM HOUSE.

ARREST OF SUSPECT. By breaking a panel in a door, a thief gained entrance to a house in Victoria, Avenue, Remuera, on Tuesday afternoon. The occupants were not at home and a thorough search of the rooms was made by the intruder. Ho stole a ring and small articles of clothing and a coffee service valued afc about £3O. A suspect has been arrested by the police. Some of the stolen property has been recovered.
