UNDEFENDED DIVORCE.
WIFE'S PETITION GRANTED. On the grounds of desertion, Annie Wilson McCully (Mr. Burt) petitioned for a divorce against Rutherford Denholm Wardell McCully in tho Supreme Court yesterday, bei'ore Mr. Justice Herdman. " "Wo had trouble from the beginning of our marriage in August, 1921, said petitioner. "My husband was always drinking and he would do no work. He left me for 10 months at one time and in May, 1928, he left after selling my furniture. I have not seen him since. A decree nisi was granted.
