WRESTLING.
McDOUGALL TO MEET PASHA
George Walker's disqualification in. Wellington has resulted in bis licence being suspended by the police, who have refused to grant {■ permit for him to wrestle Kara Pasha at the Auckland Town Hall next Monday evening, and his place -will be taken by Scotty McDougall. It is understood that Walker's licence will be withheld until a report has been received from Wellington, but as that, procedure would probably result in no match being staged in Auckland next week, the local association, at a special meeting yesterday, decided to substitute McDougall. The lastnamed has been very keen to wrestle Pasha and he has welcomed this opportunity of meeting the Turk, so that the contest should be almost as attractive from the public viewpoint as the Walker-Pasha match, Bookinsr arrangements will open at Asher's, Shortland Street, this morning.
